Rosemary Davies-Janes: A twenty year marketing and branding veteran, her agency work supported some of the world's best known brands while her leadership of advertising departments for multi-national retail giants Toys "R" Us and Staples successfully leveraged her branding expertise with emerging digital technologies.

In 1998 Rosemary founded the full service personal branding agency, Miboso, and in 2002, Miboso Radio, which profiles thought leaders in executive coaching, organizational development, psychology, and leadership. She also supports executives and corporate leaders in a variety of leadership develop-ment, organizational growth & expansion initiatives.

Michael Barr: A communications consultant and coach to numerous Fortune 50 companies, his work in communication strategy and implementation supports executives and organizations world-wide. 

Michael founded Barr Associates in 1977, applying his expertise in the effective, ethical use of personal persuasion & presence to develop articulate leaders at companies such as J&J, Merrill Lynch and IBM. 

Born to parents who survived the Holocaust by leveraging their ability to speak many languages
and merge into different cultures, he learned early that our only real safety, security, and opportunity
lie in what we know. Studies in the Middle East, Canada, the US, Cuba, and Mexico enhanced his sensitivity to global cross-cultural challenges.
